Automatic High Speed PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine:
The FL-90 5-gallon bottle blower is specifically designed to produce 5-gallon bottles as well as a variety of high-volume PET bottles. The machine can produce up to 90 five-gallon bottles per hour, and even up to 120 per hour using light gram-weight bottle embryos. FL-90 is divided into blowing bottle host and rotating infrared heater. Due to the thick wall of the bottle embryo, the ordinary heating system cannot achieve the ideal heating effect of the bottle embryo, while the infrared heater can penetrate the inside and outside of the bottle embryo, and the heating is long-lasting and uniform, which ensures the good forming quality.Features Of PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine:

The FL-90 5-gallon bottle blower is controlled by a microcomputer control system. The whole process is completed automatically through the program, the control accuracy reaches 0.01 seconds, the fast response time guarantees the final quality of the bottle.

The pneumatic system provides power for the movement of the machine. The FL-90 uses world-renowned pneumatic components to reduce noise, save energy and provide stable performance.
Superior performance of the mode-locking system
The FL-90 uses a three-template clamping system, which provides a powerful clamping force and meets the requirements of up to 35 pa blow pressure. It is equipped with a adjusting device to adjust the distance between the front and middle formwork and the position of the drawing cylinder according to the installation of different moulds.
Reliable safety device
In order to ensure the safety of the machine and operators, FL-90 has two start switches installed on both sides of the machine, which can only start the machine when pressed at the same time. In addition, there is an emergency stop switch to stop the machine in case of emergency failure.
Strong heating permeabilityFL series heating device adopts infrared lamp tube as heating element. Infrared ray has strong thermal radiation, which can heat the bottle embryo to the required temperature in a short time. The patented baking passage heating unit specially designed for the thick-wall bottle embryo can optimize the energy consumption of the lamp tube and improve the penetration of infrared ray to ensure the continuous uniform heating on the surface and inside of the bottle embryo.
Bottle embryo cooling guarantee device
Air cooling and water cooling pipes are arranged in the embryo drying path of the FL-90 5-gallon bottle blowing machine to cool the mouth of the bottle embryo and ensure that the neck of the bottle embryo will not be deformed by heat during the heating process.
Multidirectional lamp tube adjusting bracket
The multidirectional lamp tube adjusting bracket is installed on the bottle embryo heater to enhance the compatibility of the drying passage to the bottle embryo. The rack can easily change the height and width of the drying path according to the different size and height of the bottle mouth. The size of the vent can also be adjusted according to different needs.
Auxiliary equipment
The FL-90 bottle blower has many auxiliary devices, such as the storage device to ensure the stability of air pressure, the
lubrication device to reduce the loss of all parts of the machine, and the multiple intake device to meet the high pressure
compressed air single intake mode and high pressure & low pressure compressed air double intake mode.
